Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. Simple Mixes Orange Gelatin Mix
- 1 cup pureed mango
- 1/2 cup light agave nectar
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 8 cups crushed ice
Directions
- Add boiling water to gelatin mix in a large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add mango, agave and ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted.
- Spoon crushed ice into 8 (8 oz.) paper cups.
- Spoon gelatin mixture over ice. Serve immediately.
