Butterscotch Delight


  • 1 (3.4 oz.) box of Simple Mixes Butterscotch Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (16 oz.) container of frozen whipped topping, thawed


  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined. Add butter and continue to beat. Add milk and pudding mix. Beat until smooth. Let sit for 10 min. to thicken.
  2. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
