Lime Gelatin Salad

Ingredients

1 (3.1 oz.) box of Simple Mixes Lime Gelatin Mix
1 cup boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
1/2 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
2 cups heavy cream

Directions

Stir 1 cup boiling water with gelatin mix until dissolved. Refrigerate until thickened but not set.
Meanwhile, bring crushed pineapple with remaining juice to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for about 5 min. Remove from heat and let cool.
In a large bowl, blend cream cheese and lime gelatin until smooth. Mix in cooled pineapple.
In a medium bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold int gelatin mixture.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Dye free gelatin dessert

I'm so happy that these exist. My kids ask forJello and I've always said no because I do not want to feed them the terrible dyes. These are super easy to make and very convenient if you want something quick but natural.

Great color and taste

It's a perfect alternative to Jell-O with dye the taste is great.

Pretty good

Wish the flavor was more intense but it is nice to have a jello that is not full of high fructose corn syrup and fake coloring.

I love this product! First time user. I made it this evening to eat tomorrow. The flavors are delicious. It was easy to make. I made the chocolate and butterscotch. I already know I'll be ordering this product again. I used 1 1/2 cups of the almond milk. Not 2 cups as shown on the box. The pudding is already setting. The 2 cups will make it runny.

I've made these with lactose free milk and oat milk, comes out delicious both ways. So nice having a cleaner option to making pudding from scratch.
