Orange-Mango Ice Cones

Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 pkg. Simple Mixes Orange Gelatin Mix
  • 1 cup pureed mango
  • 1/2 cup light agave nectar
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 8 cups crushed ice

Directions

  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in a large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Add mango, agave and ice cubes; stir until ice is completely melted.
  2. Spoon crushed ice into 8 (8 oz.) paper cups.
  3. Spoon gelatin mixture over ice. Serve immediately.
