Strawberry Fruit Salad

Ingredients

• 1 (3.0 oz.) box of Simple Mixes Strawberry Gelatin Mix
• 2 cups boiling water
• 2 (6 oz.) containers Strawberry Yogurt
• 1 cup strawberries, diced
• 1 banana, diced

Directions

1. Whisk together boiling water and gelatin until completely dissolved.
2. Stir in yogurt.
3. Fold in fruit.
4. Pour into mold sprayed lightly with cooking spray and refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
