Strawberry-Orange Mold


  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 pkgs. Simple Mixes Strawberry Gelatin Mix
  • 1-1/4 cups cold orange juice
  • 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained


  1. Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in medium bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in juice.
  2. Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly thickened.
  3. Stir in oranges; pour into 1-1/2-qt. mold sprayed with cooking spray. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Unmold before serving.
